Returns

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

What we can't accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items. This includes serums, toners, creams, masks, mascara, lip products, and any tool that has touched skin.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered — see below.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jvelez308@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You won't be asked to pay return postage in these cases.

How to start a return

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior arrangement can't be processed.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped. After that, wait for it to arrive and start a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
